The purpose of Alpha Gamma Rho is to make better men. Through a unique partnership with the Iowa State Foundation and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Eta Chapter is launching the AGR Legacy Fund in 2014. This program awards financial grants to collegiate chapter members who demonstrate leadership qualities and academic achievement. Since its inception, the Legacy Fund has awarded over $225,000 in achievement grants to collegiate members of Eta Chapter.
The grants will be awarded twice each year, Homecoming and Founder’s Day, to undergraduates who have demonstrated leadership, growth, academic achievement and contributions to Alpha Gamma Rho and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. The program will be managed by ETA alumni and College Administration.
